With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

The product of considerable testing and refinement, guided by professional cyclists from road, cyclocross and other disciplines, Fi'zi:k have produced a range of bar tape to suite a range of riders and different kinds of riding. Fi'zi:k's Performance tape is 3mm thick with foam padding for long distance comfort, without diluting feedback from your bike. The Soft finish is a ‘brushed’ feel, easy to the hand for a slightly more gentle tactile feel. All Fi'zi:k bar tapes are made using durable and breathable Microtex material, which is laser perforated to avoid rips and tears. All bar tape kits come complete with two rolls of tape, two extra tape strips for the lever clamps, two finishing strips and two bar end plugs.
