With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

Influenced by Brooks' classic racing saddle, the Swallow, the C15 presents a slightly sportier shape and feel for those slightly shorter and faster dashes. Brooks Cambium saddles are hand made in Italy from natural rubber and organic cotton. Once the rubber base is shaped by hand, the cotton covering is placed on top and the two are vulcanised together to form a seamless finish. The rubber is then attached to a tubular steel frame and riveted with die cast aluminium. The C15 presents an overall slimmer saddle than the 17 models, with a thin nose for extra freedom of movement when pedalling. This also makes the saddle a bit lighter to help its rider get up to speed. Be under no apprehension however, the core aim of comfort is not disregarded and the Cambiums natural feel means its still enjoyable over long distances. Ideal for those who enjoy pushing hard on their rides but would rather it didn't come at a cost to their undercarriage.
