With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

Northwave's Devine glove is designed with women in mind, but as is often the case with cycling accessories they really are unisex and could fit people of either gender equally well. The palm of the Devine fingerless gloves is made from perforated polyamide and polyurethane for a soft and durable finish. The palm is enhanced by Biomap sculpted gel inserts, which are low profile, so the extra comfort comes at no cost to manoeuvrability and shaped to make sure no unnecessary pressure is applied to the palm to make sure circulation isn't restricted, preventing numbness. The palm also has a mesh centre to improve airflow and cooling. The flexible polyester and elastane blend on the back of the glove is highly flexible and breathable for enhanced comfort and airflow. A small Velcro tab on the cuff allows for an adjustable fit around the wrist for optimal comfort. The thumb has a dry fabric for wiping away sweat and the fingers have two loops attached to them, to make taking the glove off easy. A middleweight fingerless glove, the Devine provides an excellent balance between comfort, grip and feel, for discerning lady or gentleman cyclists.
