With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

Trail ready, Kask's Rex provides comprehensive protections for its rider, whilst keeping them cool. 20 recessed vents punctuate the Rex's outer shell for top quality ventilation that doesn't compromise protection. The vents are designed to provide a refreshing cooling effect at lower speeds, useful useful on sometimes slower off-road riding. The Rex protects the rider’s entire head, from the Lower Occipital bone in the rear and sitting comfortably on the brow at the front. Kask's Mit technology reinforces areas of the Rex likely to be affected in a crash with extra layers of polycarbonate, for extra protection where it counts most. Kask's In-Moulding technology joins the polystyrene cap to the polycarbonate shell for enhanced shock absorption in the event of a crash. The Rex's internal padding is made from Coolmax fibre and antibacterial fabric, which moves sweat away from the skin, avoiding irritation and aiding cooling for comfort throughout your ride. Kask's Octofit, micro-adjustment fitting system, means you'll always be able to find a close and comfortable fit. The Rex comes with some cool additional features specifically catering to mountain bikers. You can easily mount a light or camera to the top of the Rex via a fixture point hidden under a cover in the central front vent. The Rex has a goggle clip at the rear of the helmet to help keep goggles in place on particularly bumpy runs. Most noticeably the Rex comes with a Visor for extra shielding against whatever a trail might throw at you. The Rex is an excellent off-road helmet, providing extra protection and cooling alongside Kask's usual features of comfort and quality fit, with the added bonus of extra features for off-road riding.

The sizing of Kask helmets corresponds to the circumference of your head. To measure this you can use a tape measure, positioning it just above your ears.
