With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

The Arione VSX takes the standard blueprint of the Arione, designed for riders with a high level of spinal flexibility and introduces a deep pressure relief channel into the centre of the saddle. Saddles, like many things in life, are highly subjective and whilst Fi'zi:k's standard Spine Concept Evo saddles are brilliant for the majority of riders, some people suffer with unwanted pressure on their soft tissues when using these saddles. Fi'zi:k's answer for this is to introduce a long and deep pressure channel in the centre of the regular saddle design, literally removing the source of any unwanted pressure in the centre of the saddle. Apart from this difference in the upper section of the saddle, it is constructed much the same as the R3 saddles in Fi'zi:k's range, with a carbon reinforced nylon shell and microtex cover. The shell is supportive where it needs to be and has in built WingFlex at the edges where your thighs appreciate a little more freedom of movement. If you simply can't get on with a normal flat saddle and feel like you need a bit of pressure relief, the Arione VSX could be a great solution to your problems.
