With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

The Arione (Snake) saddle is perhaps the most iconic of Fi'zi:k's range with its long, flat and slender design. The Arione is designed for riders with a high degree of spinal flexibility, who don't rotate their pelvis when cycling; the long and flat design of the Arione provides the best kind of support for upright pelvic bones, whilst also allowing for easy re-positioning on the saddle.
The R3 level saddle presents a meeting point between comfort and performance. Lightweight K:ium alloy rails are paired with a Fiberglass/Carbon Thermoplastic Composite shell with Wing Flex, for great shock absorption and support on a saddle that weighs just 185g. Fi'zi:k's Wing Flex technology enables flexibility where the rider's thighs meet the saddle, to reduce chafing and improve comfort on rough roads. The thermowelded microtex cover is very durable, lightweight and easy to clean, with a classic black and white finish living up to Fi'zi:k's reputation for producing aesthetically pleasing bicycle components, suited to pretty much any bike out there. Cris's personal saddle of choice for well over a decade, it's safe to say the Arione has a history with “Flat Harry” himself that long pre-dates this store, a mark of Cris's faith in Fi'zi:k and testament to the comfort his Arione has provided him over the years.
