With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

Following the success of the original Doubleshot, Crankbrothers responded this trail-ready hybrid pedal that gives its rider the option to clip in when they want to put the power down and to ride on flats during more technical sections. The doubleshot 3 has a lengthened axle to widen the pedals Q-factor improving stability at speed. The flat side features 8 adjustable pins and a textured finish for enhanced grip on the platform, when not clipped in. The mechanism on the other side is is made from cast stainless steel wings and a 300 series stainless steel spring, to be tough enough to deal with all kinds of trail conditions and weather. There are diamond tread traction pads either side of the mechanism for an optimal shoe to pedal interface. The mechanism is still open to retain Crankbrothers' trademark easy entry and mud-shedding ability. The Doubleshot 3's come with Crankbrother's premium brass cleats, which can be set up with either 15o or 20o release angles, offering 6o of float as standard (0o float cleats can be bought separately). The Doubleshot 3 has a high quality sealed bearing system for smooth and reliable performance. Ideal for those who like options when off-roading, the Doubleshot 3 has the toughness to get the job done and smoothness and versatility to perform to a high standard.
