With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

Not entirely dissimilar to a big warm hug, this jersey is perfect for Winter cycling in Britain. The super-soft fleecy lining is most welcome on frosty rides, with the slim-fit making sure none of your hard earned heat escapes too easily. A key feature of this jersey is its durable water repellent (DWR) coating, making it shower proof, making it ideal for the British climate and its unpredictable nature. Not to be stuffy, it has excellent moisture wicking properties and breathability, as staying dry is half the battle of staying warm. Other practicalities include 3 good sized open rear pockets and a zipped phone sized valuables pocket, which has a waterproof lining. A very classy bit of kit, the simple but suave styling finishes of this garment neatly and makes it look as good as it feels to wear it.
Hi Miles here. I picked up one of these jerseys a month ago and I've been extremely grateful for its consistent warmth when commuting this Winter. Paired with a merino wool base-layer (mine just so-happens to be Chapeau's excellent value for money 100% merino wool long sleeve base-layer) the jersey is toasty below 5 degrees Celsius and it even holds its own when it's sub-zero, add a gilet and you're good to go. Since I bought this jersey I've been much happier commuting on colder days and the benefit of using it with a base-layer in the colder weather, is it can be worn a few days in a row without getting smelly or gross. The only caveat is that it's probably best to go a size up because the tailored shoulders are tight and even as someone who doesn't have the broadest shoulders, I had to go up to a medium. That said once you've got one that fits it's really brilliant and has played a big role in saving me from resigning myself to the bus during this particularly icy Winter.
