Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.

Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.

In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.

If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

Whyte's Strawberry hill is not about speed. It's elegant and sophisticated. Swept back handlebars, with very comfortable handlebar grips, joined with integrated controls and integrated mini bell, make for a polite and comfortable riding position. The low top tube, offers a low minimum stand over height to enable you to keep your modesty when climbing aboard. Complete with mudguards, chain-guard (to keep your leg wear untouched by chain oils) and a brilliantly simple and effective kickstand it's a clean and easy way to get about town and country. A great optional addition is a basket to carry ones belongings when riding and finish off the nostalgic and classy style of the bike.
