With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

Representing the element of air, the imaginatively named Aira's carbon frame is short, stiff and lightweight, for precision handling and powerful acceleration encouraging a harder and faster ride. To further satisfy your need for speed, the Aira is designed with oversized straight tube profiles and a built up bottom bracket, maximising power transfer, for rapid acceleration upon request. Orro have worked hard to make sure that the stability of the bike is not affected by its shortened sprint geometry, so you don't sacrifice performance in longer bends or feel unsettled on the bike.
If you're after an aggressive, lightweight carbon fibre racing bike and you don't want to spend too much, then this FSA/Shimano 105 equipped Aira frame is the bike for you. The STI levers, dérailleurs, cassette and brakes (ie the moving parts) are Shimano 105 for quality shifting and braking performance. The crankset, handlebars and stem are provided by Italian components manufacturer FSA. Neatly finished with a Prologo kappa Evo saddle and classically styled with a matte black and white finish, The 5800/FSA Aira is a great value package, ideal as a first racing bike or even inner-city scamperer. Whatever you choose to turn it to the Aira's compliant handling and power transfer will make riding a pleasure.
