With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

The Bushido is a fully wireless smart trainer that requires no external power source to operate. The Bushido simply requires a few seconds of use to generate enough energy to turn it on and it's also very quick and easy to put your bike in for minimum hassle training. You can access your live ride metrics during sessions on the Bushido via any compatible Bluetooth/Ant+ device, such as your Garmin (or equivalent), smartphone, tablet and your powerful PC or Mac. You can also enter the world of virtual reality and ride a course on your screen, with your Bushido simulating riding conditions, either solo or competing in races against others through third party software such as Zwift or using Tacx' own Advanced software. The the Bushido is an entirely portable high quality training set-up, which is useful for many reasons from wanting to warm up at events, or even just to show off at your friends house.
The Bushido is a powerful trainer capable of simulating hills up to a <15% gradient, with a data read out accuracy of <10%. It has both an actual and virtual flywheel, providing good quality simulation of freewheeling. For example its able to alter the amount of freewheeling based on whether it's simulating a hill, a flat or a descent. For immediate mid-ride feedback, the Bushido has LED's that flash at the rhythm of your cadence and change colour from green to indicate low pedalling intensity to red indicating a high level of intensity. Designed with practicality in mind, the Bushido is well supported and stable when in use. The roller that applies resistance to your rear wheel has a steel outer to reduce wear on the trainer and an elastogel centre to absorb vibrations and reduce noise from the trainer. It comes with a Tacx Skyliner front wheel support, which can also double up as a handle when the trainer is folded up for easy transportation, a key attribute for such a versatile trainer. Blending qualities of portability and great ride simulation the Bushido is an excellent bit of kit for anyone who enjoys the freedom to train when and wherever they like to.
