If you use our site to order goods or to request information from us, you will be asked for your personal information which we will store in our database.

By purchasing goods through FlatHarrys.cc you agree both to our Terms and Conditions and to receiving email and catalogue marketing communications from ourselves. You can opt-out of email marketing communications from us at any time by using the unsubscribe link in all our emails. It may take up to 10 weeks for you to be removed from our mailable database. 

In the unlikely event that our business may be sold to another company then the data records that make up part of our business will be transferred.

There may be circumstances where we may share some of your data with third parties: credit card details will be shared with our agents (including our processing bank, credit reference agencies, credit card clearing agencies, fraud prevention and detection agencies) and partners that we use to process the orders you place with us or who assist us in the service we provide to you.
