With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Speedplay's Syzr is their new two bolt cleat pedal, designed for off-road and gravel riding. Speedplay had a few key goals in mind when bringing this pedal to the market. The first goal was to bring some of the design features from the ever-popular Speedplay Zero road pedal to off-road riders. As such the SYZR has fully adjustable float from 0 to 10 degrees, so you can dial the pedal in to your specific needs. Also like the Zero it has double-sided entry, for easy entry in and out of the pedal. The second goal was to improve on the standards set for power transfer in two bolt pedals. The vast majority of off-road pedals in the market make contact with the soft rubbery tread that off-road shoes have, meaning that not all of the power put through the riders foot is going to the stiff and receptive axle of the pedal. Instead some of the riders pedalling energy is being wasted, as the rubber treads contact with the pedal does not transfer power nearly as well. When designing the SYZR Speedplay specifically set out to make sure that there was no contact with the tread of the shoe and that all the power was being transferred directly through the cleat and pedal axle. The result is that you feel extremely connected to the pedal and like all your energy is being put to good use. This particular trait makes the SYZR a great option for road and gravel riders, who prefer to use off-road shoes that are easier to walk in. A well-rounded pedal that brings new levels of sheer power transferral performance to off-road riding, the SYZR is a new and exciting addition to the two bolt pedal market.
Many of Speedplay's efforts with this pedal are truly brilliant from an engineering point of view. The power transfer and adjustable float, with options for longer spindles, mean they can meet the demands of many riders. However these pedals have definite quirks that means there's a steep learning curve to using them and that in reality they may actually be better suited to more speed oriented XC, gravel and road riding, than actual technical mountain biking. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, as they have the potential to be class leaders, or at least certainly rider's favourites in the aforementioned riding disciplines, it's just good to show where these uniquely engineered pedals will shine!
