With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

Crankbrother's Candy is an evolution from their infamous Eggbeater pedal. The Candy takes the Eggbeater's minimalist spindle design and adds a lightweight platform, providing more support, stability and guidance when clipping in. The platform of the candy leaves ample room around the mechanism meaning it retains the two key advantages of the Eggbeater's open design. The Candy has the same 4 sided entry as the Eggbeater, for easy entry and exit. Every pair of Candy's comes with Crankbrothers' premium brass cleats, which can be set up with either 15o or 20o release angles, offering 6o of float as standard (0o float cleats can be bought separately). The Candy also sheds mud, snow and other gunky materials that threaten to clog the mechanism brilliantly, maintaining reliable entry and exit. The platform makes it easier to ride the Candy's when you're not clipped in and offers some protection for your foot and the mechanism when the going gets rough. Using a Crankbrothers' exclusive Igus LL Glide inner bearing and sealed Enduro cartridge outer bearing in a double seal system, Candy's spin exceptionally smoothly and reliably for top notch performance. Candy's are Fully serviceable and can be rebuilt with a cheap Crankbrothers' pedal refresh kit, to renew their lifespan. Crankbrothers' Candys deliver consistent performance and durability with a 5 year warranty showing Crankbrothers' confidence in their pedals.
Made from stainless steel, chromoly steel and aluminium these pedals are designed for performance and durability. The Candy 7's have a ribbed platform designed to give shoes better traction when their not clipped in. When you are clipped in, the tread on your shoes sits on configurable (1mm or 2mm) traction pads, to help dial the pedal interface in to any brand of shoe. Both of these features help to optimise a riders engagement with their pedals for top performance. The edges of the Candy 7's are chamfered to reduce rock-strikes for better riding and longevity. A product of Crankbrothers' quality engineering these pedals are ready to go anywhere on the mountain. Modestly light at 320g a pair and delivering high level performance, Candy 7's are a great choice for any mountain bike.
