With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

Merino wool is nature's technical fibre. It has natural properties that no artificial fabric can replicate. It's success resolves around its incredibly fine fibres, roughly a quarter the thickness of human hair. These fine fibres trap air very effectively and also wick moisture away from the skin efficiently. Merino wool even retains its warmth when wet, making it a proper all-weather under-layer. Not done there merino wool even has natural anti-microbial properties, meaning it's odour resistant and can be worn multiple times without washing. This is a bonus for any item of cycle clothing, but neck warmers are often exposed to a lot of bacteria from the mouth and face, making this attribute particularly desirable. A layer that is thin enough to be comfortably worn around the neck, lower face and head and provide ample protection from the cold, this little warmer can make all the difference on chilly rides.
Hi, Miles here. Chapeau's merino wool neck-warmer has been key to my Winter cycling success. I happen to have rather large ears that get very cold particularly easy, so this warmer is a god send on days below 5 degrees celsius, when I hook the top of it over my ears, keeping the whole lower half of my head warm and dry!
