With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

Chapeau! have crafted a most excellent box of goodies to give to your loved one. It contains the most important means of happiness for a good ride, coffee and chamois cream! It also has a neatly styled mug to consume your coffee from and a miniature pin badge so you can rep Chapeau! No matter what you're wearing.
First up is CRANK – the crank is a bag of ground coffee from our favourite Roastworks Coffee Co in Devon. This bag contains 250g of great coffee, a balanced blend of Brazil Monte Cristo and Columbian Las Acadia coffee beans, ground so its suitable for your cafetière or your AeroPress. It's sweet, rich and has a distinctly chocolately note and syrupy mouth feel. Plus it's been roasted a little darker for a nice kick. Perfect for that pre-ride morning cuppa.
Second up is the mug - a porcelain essential to wrap your hands around on chilly mornings whilst summoning the energy to go pound out the miles. It's simply a classy cyclist's mug that is “just right”. If Chapeau's style is something you want to take with you everywhere, they've even included a small pin badge for accesorising purposes too
And following up for the rear is a tube of their finest original chamois cream, to cover your delicate rear with. This tube of luxurious Devonshire cream has been crafted by the caring folk at Chapeau! To ensure your loved ones fine assets suffer no abuse from their hours of fun in the saddle. The anti-chafe cream is to be applied directly to the skin, used before a ride as an antibacterial preventative measure against chaffing and soreness. Also great after a ride to sooth and help heal any discomfort.
