With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

Northwave's Tour Pro frame has a snug wraparound design for maximum protection from foreign particles and bright light coming from awkward angles. To make sure that you stay cool when riding the Tour Pro frame is designed with air channels built into the top and side of the frame. With adjustable nosepads these frames are designed to be as comfortable as possible. The frame comes with three interchangeable lenses to suit different light conditions. The smoke lens is best suited to good light conditions (a moderately sunny day or a winter's day), it transmits 22% of light and does not alter colour perception. The orange lens is suited to variable light conditions, offering excellent contrast in flat light conditions and transmitting 70% of light. This makes them particularly apt for the British climate. The clear lens offers optimum visibility in poor light conditions, perfect for use during the night to protect the eyes from any foreign particles, it transmits 92% of light. Lightweight and impact/abrasion resistant, Northwave's polycarbonate lenses possess first rate optical features, such as their low refraction index and complete filtering of U.V rays. The lenses curve fully around the orbital bone to fully protect eyes from sun rays and foreign particles. To avoid any distortion of the field of vision, Northwave re-align the focal centre of the lenses so that it is aligned with your eyes, maintaining the line of vision. All of Northwave's lenses are undergo a treatment to make their surface very smooth, meaning drops of water slide off the lenses, maintaining vision in difficult weather conditions.
