With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

For the dedicated wet weather rider, Cafe Du Cycliste's Josette jersey is constructed from a high quality breathable waterproof and windproof membrane, to keep a rider dry on their moist escapades. This doesn't hinder the jersey's ability to thermoregulate and keep a rider cool, with ventilation panels on the back which is covered by a waterproof flap and under the arms which are protected from the rain by the shoulders. Despite these useful waterpoofing traits, the fabric still allows for a full range of movement and does not hinder a rider. Practicality as ever a key criteria, the Josette has waterproof rear pockets. When combined with Cafe Du Cycliste's Jeanne bib shorts and LouLou rain leg and arm warmers a rider is fully kitted out to go riding and strut their stuff whatever the weather.
