With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

Orro have worked hard to make sure that the stability of the bike is not affected by its shortened sprint geometry, so you don't sacrifice performance in longer bends or feel unsettled on the bike. Decked out with Shimano's sleek 105 11 speed groupset and 3T's aerodynamic 35mm rim Orbis II Pro wheels, the Aira Orbis II comes with high quality components for real straight line speed. This bike comes with even more 3T goodies in the form of its 3T Ergonova Pro handlebars, 3T Arx II stem and 3T Stilo Pro Setback seatpost. At Flat Harrys we can offer different sizes of these 3T components with this bike, to make sure our customers get the best fit possible on their new bike. Neatly finished with a Prologo kappa Evo saddle and classically styled with a matte black and white finish, the Aira Orbis II is a great looking bike to speed around on, whether racing or on a more relaxed ride.
