Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.

Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.

In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.

If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

the brand-new S-120 frame takes everything Whyte learnt from developing the multi-award-winning S-150 suspension system and applies it to this immensely capable new 120mm platform.

The S-120 is a perfect replacement for the iconic T129, which gave Whyte its 1st Bike Of The Year award. Designed to be an all-round XC/Trail bike from epic marathons to a flat our blast down your local single track, this bike will allow you to do it all.

The S-120 geometry was design to have a short 44mm offset fork and this combined with the all new Fox 34 SC, gives amazing handling. This fork was designed to be the ultimate Trail 120mm 29er fork.

This all is coupled with the awesome SRAM 12 speed Eagle GX groupset, providing an immense range of gears.

This bike is the one Cris has most been coveting from the updated 2019 range, as for a lightweight do everything mountainbike that's capable of riding all those lovely man made trails, yet light and nible enough for long days out in the saddle across the natural trails around the Cris' fave playgrounds of the Chilterns, the South Downs, the Peak District and the Lakes, as well as being suitable for rocking up to those not so chilled out race days, this bike is designed to do the lot. Just add fitness and skill and you've got the perfect mountaibke.
